What is Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis (TA) looks at how our past experiences shape who we are and why we behave in certain ways. It helps us to understand our beliefs about self, others and the world around us. It is especially useful in helping us to connect with others in more healthy ways, this could be romantic relationships, family dynamics or work colleagues. It helps us to build a better relationship with ourselves, learning to quieten our inner critic, promoting self-compassion and esteem.

TA looks for the root cause of our issues rather than just dealing with the symptoms.
